Sundeep Singh Boparai (He/Him) also known as KingSunnyB is an American-Sikh who identifies with the LGBTQ Community. He holds a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Hofstra University. Currently, he is a DHA candidate at the Medical School of South Carolina. He is a model & influencer, magazine brand ambassador for 360 Magazine, LGBTQ & HIV activist. Currently, Sundeep is a Healthcare Administrator for Northwell Health’s LGBTQ Transgender Program, where he works on leading the center to meet the goals of the organization as well as the community being served. Sundeep is a trailblazer and pioneer as he has made it his life goal to continue to advocate for the rights of his Queer Sikh siblings.
He is passionate about normalizing homosexuality within the South Asian community. In addition to his modeling, Sundeep has appeared on Podcasts with Joty Kay, Reenu Dhillion and Sundeep Morrison hosted by the #1 South Asian podcast network in the world, Rukus Avenue Radio. In his spare time he enjoys quality time with his puppy, continuously learning about queer culture and working on collaborations that align with his social media platform to amplify the voices of vulnerable individuals.
Sardar is a change maker and advocate for social justice. He is passionate about reducing harms to racialized and marginalized communities. Before joining the HIV/AIDS sector in Canada, Sardar established work in LGBTQ+ resources for Sikhs. Currently Sardar is the Gay Men's Health Programs Coordinator for a HIV/AIDS organization based in Peel region of Ontario. Sardar is also a Research Associate in Epidemiology at Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, where he works on mapping the geography of sexually transmitted diseases in Peel. You may have seen Sardar on the Sikh Channel discussing mental health and queerness in South Asian communities with SOCH Mental Health. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, researching history and organizing events for other queer people looking to create a family and network.
